The gated entrance adds an extra sense of privacy and security, and the security staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. They gave us several great local recommendations that made our trip even better. The location was perfect for exploring the Sarasota area, beaches, and restaurants. Communication was easy, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. This was one of our favorite stays in Florida, and we would happily return again. “This home was very convenient for our needs. It's close to a highway and we found about 15 mins drive to a beach. Loved the fact our pets felt at home and there was a big fenced in back yard for their enjoyment; saw lots of bunny rabbits on our walks! Thoughtful touches like bedding for your pets, should you need it, a welcome bottle of wine, chips & salsa.”

“My family had a lovely stay! Right by the main road yet still really quiet and private! Back yard is gated and has a large patio with pool which is a great hangout spot. The pool has a large step in area only a few inches deep before the steps to go deeper, perfect for small kids which we really liked! The house was clean and the hosts were great!”
