“There were serious cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues. Significant amounts of mouse droppings throughout the home- on kitchen surfaces, inside kitchen cabinets and drawers containing dishes. The refrigerator did not cool properly resulting in substantial food loss and requiring us to purchase a lot of ice throughout the week keeping food in coolers. Our daughter suffered a significant foot injury while using the property's tram to access the lake (there is no other access to the lake). The listing describes the private tram as making lake access "easy and memorable for guests of all ages." There are no warnings about the crushing hazard at the upper landing. There is no way to stop the tram while you are riding. The advertised firepit also could not be located and management did not know where it was. We encountered other significant cleanliness issues despite being told the property had recently been “deep cleaned”. I cannot recommend staying here.”

“Great place to spend a week up north!”

“We had an amazing stay at this lake house! My wife, our 7-year-old son, and I couldn’t have asked for a better Northwoods getaway. We saw ducks, loons, a plethora of bald eagles, and just about every other animal you’d hope to see in the beautiful Wisconsin Northwoods. We fished off the pier every morning and caught some nice fish. The wildlife alone made the trip unforgettable. One of our favorite parts of the trip was walking into downtown. There are so many great shops, restaurants, and places to explore. I have to admit we may have been a little too close to downtown, my wallet definitely got a workout! LOL The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We made some great family memories here. Highly recommend!”

“Beautiful home surrounded by peaceful water. We had a relaxing family stay with our little one. The water was clear, with a sandy bottom, and warm enough to float in during July. There was plenty of outdoor seating, and we especially enjoyed the swings overlooking the water. The beds were comfortable. Some previous reviews mentioned that towels weren't provided, but that wasn't the case during our stay. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels. We brought our own beach towels, cooking oil, spices, and aluminum foil, which worked out well. We highly recommend this location!”

“Lots of space. Very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Impressed with the numerous paddle raft items. The only negative is there is not a sandy beach area and the entry is a bit rocky but we managed just fine. Would highly recommend.”
