“Great house for a big group! Especially families with older kids and teenagers. The house has a lot to do and a fun layout. Only note the property is not on the water. There is a walking path to some water that’s not suitable for recreation (still, covered in algae).”

“Jerry was such a great host and was very responsive. The place was very beautiful and as a group of 9 we had such an amazing time. Utilizing the canoe and the bbq grill on the porch was a blast and had no issues. Thanks for the stay! hope to come back at this Wisconsin getaway again!”

“If you just want a view of the lake, this place is fine. If you want to get in the lake, I’d keep looking. Though the description says “lakefront” the actual lake is inaccessible without a boat. There is an overgrown sandbar blocking access to the lake and the dredged area in front of the property is shallow and mucky. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get in the water without taking a kayak out to the lake. There was no paddle boat as promised and there were also no adult life jackets (only toddler size). We called property management who said they would bring some life jackets right away, but never did. The house itself was fine, but in the opinion of our group, it was overpriced considering we couldn’t get in the lake.”

“Beautiful house and perfect accommodations for our family trip. The property is steeper than anticipated and the water at the dock was really funky. We typically look for a pier the kids can fish off of but this one is in a mucky backwater. Otherwise the house was perfect on space and supplies/accessories and the host was very responsive. I just flag the two things for the young and old guests in case those are on your bucket list”

“The weekend was great and being on lake was beautiful. The management was very responsive to messages and informed me of a issue with bath tub and did compensate us for. But, the home needs ALOT of landscape maintenance. When you advertise a beautiful home on lake with images and you get there and it is all grown up with weeds everywhere there is a problem. Also, there are many uneven steps from car to home and another set down to lake. If I had known was so many to home also( I have MS so was a little difficult to do both) I probably would not have picked this property. This was our yearly business retreat for our employees and all was really disappointed with why we chose here to what we arrived to. We did have a good weekend just wish when you pay so much would be a little more care put in the property.”
