“Reiten Boatyard #105 is a comfortable ground-level (3 steps up to deck) condo located right on Lake Superior and only two blocks from downtown. Close enough that you could easily walk downtown for dining, shopping, and activities, but far away enough that it was quiet. Pretty little community flower garden right next-door and the Brownstone Trail (easy walk) starts about a block away. The condo is small, but very clean, efficiently arranged, well stocked, and comfortable. Erin, the host, is great at communicating and taking care of details, including providing a supply of locally sourced coffee! We greatly enjoyed our stay!”

“The location next to the beach was peaceful including the little surprise park next door. Erin was very responsive and allowed me to check in a little early. Condo was beautiful with a great view. Lots of valuable information about the surrounding area in the information book. Walking distance to everything in town. The condo has definitely invited many exciting adventures from others and will continue in the future. Thank you for a nice vacation.”
