“The place is aging, pictures are not an accurate representation of current condition. There is a musty smell that kept coming back after cleaning. It probably has to do with the mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom that keeps getting painted over. Even with using the bath fan during every shower, the mold continued to grow. The place is decent and in a safe area, I just think it was too expensive for the condition of the apartment.”

“I loved the neighborhood feel of the place. It encourages a little interaction with your neighbors. Bed was comfy! We bought fans since the summer this year is extra hot. Massive TV to watch your shows. I really enjoyed my stay and was a bit sad to leave.”

“We were concerned with the lack of maintenance upon our arrival. Missing/burnt or light bulbs Maintenance came and were careless when it came to repairs. They had to replace an outlet that crumbled when we tried to use it and blew the circuit breaker. He did not turn off the current to the outlet even when we suggested it. One outlet did not have a cover on it. Kitchen lights had to be completely replaced. Air conditioning unit is on its last legs. Very noisy unit and could not keep up with the heat. We had to purchase a fan so the bedroom could get cooled off. Bathroom needs a better patch job on the wall, base board missing. You can see old wallpaper from the 70s. Dirty dishes in the cupboard. Overall place was clean. More maintenance and esthetics problems was disconcerting”
