“A beautiful, secluded location. The house was perfect - spotless, nice furnishings and amenities. Wifi worked great. HVAC kept things comfortable in the summer heat. The Cacapon River is about 1000 ft away. It is a solid 20 minutes from Berkeley Springs. But, the drive isn't bad at all. We wish we could've stayed longer. Communication was good and check-in/out instructions were clear. Note: While Google Maps shows you the correct roads, it insists on having you turn onto Robin Lane from Rock Ford Rd. Just pay attention to the road signs.”

“We had a great stay! The house is surrounded by beautiful forest and has a great deck for spending time outside. Everything is comfortable, and lots of thoughtful details inside the house as well. The hosts are responsive and friendly, and altogether it was a wonderful place to stay! Thank you! We will come back!!!”

“Spent a long weekend with some friends at this home and it checked all of the boxes that we were looking for: clean, private, remote, and comfy. The home is located in an area that is quite separated from both cell service and the main roads, which gives it a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Admittedly, it is difficult to navigate to the property due to some errors with how most satnav apps identify the home address, but the homeowners gave clear directions to help circumvent these issues in advance. The homeowners were very helpful and friendly when our group ran into some issues during check-in with the front door lock, which really showed how professional their whole operation is. I would stay in this place again and recommend this location to others who are in need of a remote getaway.”
