“Overall, we had a good stay. The apartment was in a good location, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Since it's a basement unit, it stayed nice and cool even during the summer, which was very relaxing. One downside was the abundance of flies around the front entrance. It was pretty bad, likely because of the weather so getting in and out of the place without having the flies fly in was difficult. The host was aware of the issue and genuinely tried to help, but there wasn't much that could be done. The ceilings are also fairly thin, so you can hear quite a bit of noise from the upstairs unit. The air conditioning also works well but is loud while it's running. Overall, despite a few minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host's responsiveness.”
