“This is the best stay we’ve had and was one that we didn’t want to end. The house was extremely clean and inviting and made us feel right at home as soon as we entered. The sun room was my favorite part of the house and the views of the pond and wildlife that would visit was so serene and peaceful. The host was wonderful at communicating which included letting us know when we could check in, being available when it came to questions, and chatting with us about checkout. This was 10/10 the most fun we’ve had at the beach and my kids have made some phenomenal core memories while being at this house. We would love to book this host again!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and our host was great to work with. Very communicative and flexible, they provided a warm welcome to their lovely home. The home itself is roomy and well appointed with lots of places to hang out together or on your own. The fully fenced yard was great for our pups and offered a pristine wetland view complete with a family of deer that come to drink in the morning. We were sad to leave and would definitely return in the future.”

“Our family has stayed at Jaegar House for the past four years and this was the cleanest, best maintained we’ve seen the house. It was also the best communication we’ve had before, after and while staying there. This house is amazing and you can’t beat waking up to the view in the primary bedroom. There’s a private path to the beach from the house which makes it so convenient for a family as well. Love staying here.”

“This place was perfect for our family of 5 plus 2 dogs. So much room and it's truly dog friendly. The floors, ease of poo duty, extra leashes, secure backyard and couch covers for those brief moments they hopped up, all made it enjoyable to have our dogs there. The house was beautiful and peaceful. Everything worked. We really liked the ability to leave the back door open so the dogs could go in and out as they pleased. There's a flexible screen door that keeps the bugs out. It's not a short walk to the beach but it's manageable. The neighborhood is very quiet and laid back. The directions for getting in and out, getting to the beach, check out, house rules, etc were easy to find and understand. The host was extremely responsive, proactive and friendly. Loved this place, would highly recommend!”

“Pros: -gorgeous sweeping views of the ocean -Huge patio and backyard -Easy to find and plenty of parking -Massive primary suite bathroom - 180 degree views of the ocean from the shower and soaking tub -Wild deer that come to visit the yard at dusk -Hot tub -Outdoor shower -Very communicative host for any issues -Well stocked kitchen -Premium toiletries in the bathrooms -Quick drive into town Things to Consider: -no AC, can get a bit toasty with the sun coming in. But plenty of screen doors to open and let a nice ocean breeze come through. -Layout isn’t the most family friendly (if you have small kiddos). The master bedroom is up on the top floor and the extra two rooms are on the basement level and have windows and doors that open directly outdoors.”
