“We loved our stay at Jill's Little Red Cottage on Vashon. The cottage had everything we needed; we appreciated that Jill provided coffee. The kitchen is well stocked with nice pots & pan, a small fridge and 2 burner stove. The living room is cozy and the upstairs super sweet. The bed is very comfortable and there is a nice closet and shelves for clothes if you need that, as well as a window seat that looks out over the beautiful yard. I loved Jill's artistic and personal touches including a notepad by the bed. The bathroom is small, but super clean with great towels and bath products. The huge yard is just lovely with peach and apple trees, a fire pit, a hammock and a hot tub. What's not to love? Jill was responsive and kind. As others have said, the cottage is on a fairly busy road, but is situated so that you don't really hear it. It's nice to be close to town and you could walk though a car made more sense. We hope to return. Thank you Jill.”

“We loved staying here! Pros: There are a lot. Beautiful location, walkable to town (though it was about 20 minutes and all the sidewalks weren’t paved), some great amenities (fire pit with s’mores kit, hot tub, lavender pillow spray, etc.), clean, and just as charming as the pictures show. I loved using the reading nook as the sunlight streamed in. Cons: Shower was really small, I’m 5’2 110 lbs and I felt a little cramped. In addition, since the main property is also on the land you can sometimes hear people talking pretty clearly if they are on the grass. Jill is a wonderful host and overall the pros far outweighed the cons. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I was visiting Vashon again!”
