“This Airbnb is centrally located (5-20 minutes walking or driving to major attractions like Pike’s, baseball and football stadiums, Gasworks, Volunteer Park, and Cap Hill) and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Being right next to Washington Park Arboretum was lovely. The one level layout of the house is great for families/ mobility limited folks, and was spacious enough for 6 people. The kitchen is well stocked with tools if you want to stay in. The house interior is older and no frills but there is central A/C and off-street parking. Carter and the Fairly team were responsive to any questions. Overall good value for the location!”

“The apartment has gorgeous views and great location, and that’s what are you paying for. It’s fairly spacious too, but in my opinion is in need of bathroom renovations. It accommodates really well and privately two couples. It has a great bakery/coffee shop steps from the entrance, which was very convenient. Host communicated promptly and clearly.”

“Honestly, almost every AirBnb I’ve stayed in was underwhelming to a degree. And you give five stars because you’re being nice. This place undersells itself. It’s a true gem. The building amenities make the price point a better than good deal. The pool, the gym, the courtyard are nice oases in the middle of urban living. The location puts you smack dab in the middle of Seattle. The beds were great, the views from the balconies and bedrooms were pristine. Randy and Fairly were very easy to communicate with. Top notch all around.”

“We had a great stay overall. We loved the walkable neighborhood, and particularly enjoyed being able to walk to the Arboretum and Cafe Flora. The host was communicative, and both check-in and check-out were easy. To be fair, we visited during the summer, but we did notice quite a few spiders and ants inside the house. Aside from that, this was a good place for our family with young kids in a convenient, family-friendly location.”
