“The house has a great floor plan. Lots of room to spread out. I appreciated how well insulated and quiet it was. The view is great as well.”

“Kevin’s home was very cozy and had everything we needed! The bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of towels, and we loved the little touches like kids’ plates and sippy cups. Check-in was easy, and there was plenty of seating inside and on the front porch. We really enjoyed the Roslyn Activity Center! I do wish the stay included guest passes, as $10/person with 6 kids and 5 adults added up quickly, but the kids had a blast! Also, we searched the entire house AND local stores for a lemon squeezer with no luck 😂 Apparently Ronald has a lemon-squeezer shortage lol, so maybe one to add to the kitchen! Thank you for having us in your home, we made great memories!”

Had everything I didn’t think i needed to bring such as towels, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dish detergent, dishes etc. very pleased with my stay and look forward to coming back after the fire ban is lifted so we can enjoy to fire pint and lakes.”

“Enjoyed the house, the beds were comfortable with great pillows and bedding. We loved the big table for group games. AC was very nice especially in the heat of the summer. We really loved the use of the hot tub. The astroturf area behind the garage ended up being a family favorite. We set up chairs and a brought corn hole game and it was the highlight of the trip. Nice community, enjoyable walking. Very friendly neighbors. Important note: the community center with the pool is $10 per person per day, so plan accordingly. One note, the loft with the three bunk beds was great for the extra space to put bodies but be warned, it is hot when the rest of the house is comfortable. It is also susceptible to any small noise from the main living space because there are no walls. So if you go to bed before anyone else, the loft may not suit you, even whispers seem loud in that space. If you are in one of the actual bedrooms, it’s wonderful.”
