“Fantastic location, beautiful view and a very nice home.”

“This home was situated in a very nice neighborhood close to the Burke Gilman and a 20 minute drive to UW. It easily housed our group of 6 with plenty of space for everyone and was well stocked. The home is a bit awkward in its layout and furnishings. If you want to hang out in a living space with a larger group of people, there is no comfortable way to do so upstairs. The tv is placed on the ledge in front of the fireplace with the dining table in between the very small couch and tv. Because it was summer and we had activities planned out of the house for most of the time, it didn’t really affect us, but I can see how if we had planned to be inside more it would have been problematic. During our stay we had an issue with the breaker, which caused loss of the use of the dryer and the microwave. Perch was very responsive, but could not get it resolved prior to us checking out. Overall I would recommend despite these minor issues.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, found the location very convenient for getting to Farmers Market and Beaches etc. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed, right down to spices in the cupboard. Loved the fact that there was an ice maker in the fridge. Bathrooms had nice towels, shampoo & conditioner etc. The bed was so comfy - like sleeping on a marshmallow and had good linens. Normally don't like a soft bed, but it was amazing on comfort. Master bedroom does not have blackout curtains, so sunny very early - luckily we are early risers The interior was exactly as shown, however the front and back yard was a disappointment as the grass has not been cut and was overgrown with weeds. Could not use the back yard. For this I can't give 5 stars, we were looking forward to spending time outside more. We will be back, loved the location, peace and quiet and especially seeing all the wildlife. Lost count on how many deer we saw”

“The house is wonderful! Such great views, wonderfully stocked kitchen, great beds, clean and just an over all great place to stay! if you're visiting anywhere near this place, stay here, you won't regret it. When I visit this are this will definitely be the first place i check for availability.”
