“My family and I had a great stay. The hosts were responsive to the one minor issue we encountered. This space was the perfect place for our family to gather at Suncadia. The layout was perfect for us. Kitchen was well stocked, and there were ample dishes for our large party. Outdoor area was just enough to entertain our guests with a large fire pit and plenty of seating in both the indoor and outdoor living spaces. I feel like that’s rare for most places that advertise capacity for big families. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a vacation at Suncadia/Cle Elum.”

“I would recommend! Thank you Alicia for helping us when we forgot our jacket. The location was beautiful and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. The house was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The beds were comfortable. Visited the lodge and walked the 1000 steps to the river. Thank you for great family memories!”

“The house is beautiful! and we had a great time. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but there were a few items that really rubbed our group the wrong way with this property. We were paying greater than $1000 a night (4 nights) for this property. Kevin and team only provided minimal towels, 2 rolls of paper towels, no sponges, etc. When I asked/confronted Kevin and asked why there were no beach towels provided for a house that advertises a hot tub front page, the team defended themselves instead of recognizing that it was petty to fight over this. They said they communicated it, and you will see how difficult it is to keep track of after you rent from them. Kevin and team send daily emails with conflicting info to their app, to Airbnb, etc. It's overwhelming! Again overall the house is awesome, it just felt very "nickel and dimey", and I wish the property rental company would consider simple amenities (like towels for a hot tub) essential on these high value/high dollar houses.”
