“The place seemed new and very clean, and it looked as good or better when seen in person than it did in the pictures. The kitchen was exceptionally well provisioned, making it genuinely possible to use it to cook meals. The bed in the primary (en-suite) bedroom was comfortable, and the closets in both bedrooms were large. The shower in the primary bathroom was good, and the hot water was ample (albeit not unlimited). The washer/dryer worked well. We also appreciated the easy (keypad) check-in and sane check-out time and procedures. Overall, we thought the rental represented excellent value for the money. We are likely to return to the area, and we very much hope to return to this property when we do.”

“We loved the house! It's really nice and a good size with a deck looking at a peak a boo water view. We saw deer most days. It's central to the island and the neighboring towns, which none are too long of a drive. The house was clean and decently stocked. We had fun hanging out and playing some of the games that are there. I highly recommend this house if you are ok with no walkability to towns. Beautiful surroundings though so walks around the home are nice.”

“We really enjoyed our stay, found the location very convenient for getting to Farmers Market and Beaches etc. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed, right down to spices in the cupboard. Loved the fact that there was an ice maker in the fridge. Bathrooms had nice towels, shampoo & conditioner etc. The bed was so comfy - like sleeping on a marshmallow and had good linens. Normally don't like a soft bed, but it was amazing on comfort. Master bedroom does not have blackout curtains, so sunny very early - luckily we are early risers The interior was exactly as shown, however the front and back yard was a disappointment as the grass has not been cut and was overgrown with weeds. Could not use the back yard. For this I can't give 5 stars, we were looking forward to spending time outside more. We will be back, loved the location, peace and quiet and especially seeing all the wildlife. Lost count on how many deer we saw”
