“Overall we had a great stay. There were only two things that we felt could have been improved. Firstly, one of the main reasons we picked this property was for the advertised WiFi as we had to work remotely, but it stopped working on the second day after we had barely used it and we were unable to get in contact with the actual host and not just the chatbot until the next day when we left and even then it wasn’t resolved in the morning and we had to leave. This was a pattern with the chatbot as we asked a couple questions about other things and would get a quick response from the chatbot saying they would check but then would not get a follow up. Otherwise the property was exactly as described and we enjoyed it.”
