“We had a great stay at this Lake Anna house. The location is excellent - it's on the warm side of the lake, so the water is perfect for swimming. The outdoor space is amazing and incredibly scenic, especially in the mornings. Everything was very clean, and the property manager is an outstanding communicator: every question we had was answered in under ten minutes, at all hours. The place is stocked thoughtfully, especially the kitchen - very clean and organized, with everything you need if you like to cook. The spice cabinet was full, clearly helped along by guests leaving things behind - a great tradition worth keeping up. The extras were a lovely touch: a cabinet full of board games, perfect for family time, and a TV with a huge DVD collection. We travel a lot, and I couldn't have asked for a better stay. 10 out of 10 house, 10 out of 10 communicator. We'd happily come back.”

“This was a wonderful place for our family reunion. Well appointed kitchen for all our meals. Plenty of space in the 6 bedrooms and common areas and having the ability to swim from the dock was great. Even with a storm that knocked power out the owners worked to update us on the fix. Would recommend highly.”

“My friends and I had a great stay here. Rachel was very helpful and responsive and the place was plenty big for six friends and a dog to socialize comfortably over a long weekend. Didn't go on the water, but the boat launch was nice to hang out on and watch birds hunt fish. Only hitch was some trouble with the EV charger, which seemed to be on the charger company's end. If you're coming with an EV, make sure you'll have at least~70 miles left when you arrive so you can make it comfortably back to fast chargers if need be.”

“Perfect stay in this house! The house was spotless, cozy, and more like then the photos. Check-in was smooth and the host was super responsive. The bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location near shops and easy drive to access swimming on the lake. We’d 100% stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation”
