“The two issues we had was with the host, not the house. The host had to come enter code to give us access. He could have given us code. Host called and asked to get ice-cream out freezer. We were eating dinner. Host and wife came in. we felt like they wanted to see who we were and what we were doing.”

“Raof was beyond amazing!!! The pictures do not do this house justice!😍 it was so spacious and comfortable and welcoming to our team!! What an awesome spot to stay just outside dc and in historic Fredericksburg. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is huge!!! 10 out of 10!!!”

“This is a great property! Easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, just a very nice home. Owner/Management communication was proactive, couldn't ask for better Host. It's not on the low-end price wise, but absolutely worth it for the space and amenities if that's what you're looking for. 10/10, would recommend!”
