“I have thoroughly enjoyed staying here over the summer and highly recommend this property! The apartment itself is bright, clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the landlord. The owner is incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to reach whenever a question or minor maintenance request pops up. It makes a huge difference knowing you have an attentive property manager who genuinely cares about keeping tenants happy and comfortable.”

“My wife and I spent a month at this property, and it was a wonderful home away from home. The location is unbeatable—we loved being able to walk everywhere, including nearby restaurants, the UVA campus, and a local park. The neighborhood itself is quiet, safe, and filled with friendly neighbors. Inside, the space is well-maintained with a very comfortable bed and sleek, modern appliances. We did run into one issue during a major storm when a leak appeared in the kitchen/office area. However, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and had a professional come out that exact same day to address the leak. That said, the only minor feedback we have is regarding parking. There is a second unit on the property, and since all of us had mid-size SUVs, maneuvering in and out of the shared space could be a tight squeeze. Expanding the parking area slightly would be a great future upgrade. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this”

“Jamie's place was awesome. She was very responsive to our needs. The microwave stopped working and it was replaced within one day. The privacy was welcomed and sitting on the back porch listening to the birds was extremely enjoyable.”
