“Lovely home and neighborhood setting. Interior is spacious and clean. Older home with some improvements/upgrades needed. Great amenities! Backyard would be more exciting if noise constraints where not such a concern. Host and agents were great in communication.”

“Excellent experience. The place was spotless and had just about everything we needed. The hosts were communicative and check in was easy with a personal code and two dedicated parking spots. There were helpful amenities like a Brita filter, stocked coffee and some snacks, earplugs, and an iron and board. The layout worked great for our party of three couples, and the only bit we had to plan around was the single bathroom. Checkout was at a generous 11 a.m. and without a lengthy to-do list as we left. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again for our group.”

“Arlington Grand was the perfect house, in the perfect area, with the perfect hosts! From the beginning Ashley & Robert were quick to respond to my questions & very transparent which I appreciated. They continued to make sure our check in & our stay was going well & if we had any issue they were extremely fast to fix it! The utmost care for their guests is what we felt. The house was beautiful & clean & updated everywhere you looked! The amenities were an added bonus & so much fun, the game room, pool table, popcorn machine, & the candy, snacks & seasonings for the popcorn! This went over & above for us! Made us feel like family & not guests. The hot tub was a big reason we booked this house, because we knew we would need it at the end of the day to relax and unwind. It was amazing! Easy walk for us to the metro station and you are in DC for sightseeing in minutes, or walk to multiple nice restaurants and breakfast/coffee shops/ice cream! Loved this house & we will definitely return.”
