“Beautiful home with large roofed deck off master bedroom, private fenced backyard, well equipped home with beautifully staged family room with tall loft like ceiling. Smithfield neighborhood is nice and quiet, and yet only a short 10 to 15 min from Logan downtown.”

“Host was great and very responsive. The space itself is well kept and central air conditioning was very nice in the hot summer. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and walkable neighborhood then this is it. Thanks again!”

“Overall, our stay was okay, but the property didn't quite match our expectations based on the listing. The home wasn't as spacious as it appeared in the photos, and several amenities pictured were not available. For example, the backyard photos showed patio furniture and a hammock, but neither was there during our stay. The bedrooms also felt considerably smaller than they appeared online. We visited during a very hot time of the summer, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up. The basement stayed quite cold, while the main and upper floors remained around 78°F, making those areas uncomfortable. While the home was clean and functional, we felt the overall experience didn't reflect the price we paid.”
