“My friends and I loved our stay at this home for our girls trip! It was close to park city and neighboring cities and the views were STUNNING! The house was very spacious and so clean, which we appreciated! It was a little noisy with construction, and the communication with Park City Host was all done via text and automated messages which I wasn’t aware of pre-booking, but honestly the instructions were still super clear and it didn’t negatively effect the stay!”

“The home generally matches its online description and is well stocked with essentials, making for an overall pleasant stay. However, the houses are quite close together, which reduced the sense of privacy. At one point, the neighbor’s dog was barking directly from their window to the master bedroom window, as if I were trespassing. There is also ongoing construction, which may be worth noting. Upon arrival, we found a bag of soiled linens alongside a bag of fresh linens left in the entryway, which was an unpleasant first impression. While the proximity to the lake means occasional bugs or rodents can be expected, we did experience a mouse under the jacuzzi lid after my son’s girl friend was using it. As a result, we chose not to use the jacuzzi for the remainder of our stay. To be fair, there are mouse traps around the home, indicating the owner is aware and taking some measures. Lastly, we found the master bed to be quite uncomfortable, which impacted our comfort during our stay.”
