La Copa Vacations reviews in South Padre Island, Texas

“I was unable to check in early. Which is understood. But then it took us an hour to be able to get into the room because the lock wasn’t working and it was hard to get someone to help us. You are charged $100 for every hour late you stay past check out but yet nothing was reimbursed for the hour we stayed sitting outside the room waiting for someone to come help us. Also the room was ~$300 for 2 nights. Doors didn’t close, walls were broken, the ceiling was peeling, they had workers working on units starting at early in the morning. we should have explored hotel options because at that time, they were nicer and cheaper but it was too late to cancel with air bnb.”

“The condo was in a great location, right next to a beach access, it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a couples getaway! We had a couple of maintenance concerns that they tried to fix, but nothing that ruined our stay. Check out procedures we’re not real specific, there was nothing in the binder either. We were just unsure what to do. Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely be back!”

“Place was nice as well as the area. This place was a 3 unit apartment so your sharing the building with other people and unfortunately you run out of hot water we had to take a shower with cold water for the 2 days we were there which that wasn’t pleasant..”

“We had a fabulous stay at the La Copa condo/apartment during our recent family weekend getaway in South Padre Island! The rental was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable for our group. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast and snacks, which were such a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect — just minutes away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, and we will definitely book again for future trips. Highly recommend!”

“Our stay was from 5/18-5/23 and really enjoyed our stay. We have been coming here to The Tiki every year for 6 years now so to say we like it here is an understatement. Absolutely love all the updates and upkeep you've done to your condo. The complimentary breakfast was quite a bit of a drive from the Tiki condominiums but did offer a great selection of different options and selections. We will definitely be returning to SPI.”
