“Firstly, I would like to say that our stay at this location was great and Hector and his team were very communicative and helpful when issues arose. The home was beautiful and suitable for 10 guest. Some negatives we experienced were the dirtiness of some areas of the home (dishes very dirty, couches w/ crumbs, and random trash throughout the home.) We spent the first hour or two that we got there cleaning which was a bummer! There was also an issue with the smoke detectors going off all throughout the day and night randomly with no real solution to the issue. Lastly, there was an issue with the water and its pressure that prevented us from showering at the same time or even turning the water on in the sink while someone else was using the water elsewhere. The issue was fixed thankfully but it was just another thing that hindered our trip. Overall our stay was truly satisfactory and would probably stay again if these issues are addressed in the future!”

“Place was very nice and spacious. Rooms were nice and all had an attached bathroom. They had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Even had some complimentary snacks and drinks. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of parking for 4 cars, and probably could have fit more. The location was perfect to go tubing down the San Marcos river. I would stay here again.”
