“There were 11 of us that stayed at this beautiful home. The five grandchildren loved the pool and seeing the deer. The beds were so comfy. On our ride back to Nebraska we stayed at a Hilton and sadly beds do not compare. Not much sleep at the hotel. Lol. The host was extremely responsive with any requests. I HIGHLY recommend this property. Absolutely stunning!!!”

“We had a great family trip and loved having the house right on the Guadalupe! We were able to use the kayaks and also float from the property. We used Rockin’ R, about 11 minutes away, for a 4-hour float. The house is beautiful and well equipped, with a great kitchen, ice machine, and comfortable beds. The master bed and pillows were especially great! It’s also close to HEB, Academy, restaurants and fast food. A few things to know: There are A LOT of stairs, especially to the river, so this may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Some of the lower steps are uneven, so use caution. There isn’t furniture at the river, so chairs/table would be a nice addition. The patio and deck had plenty. The patio had quite a few worms and the mosquitoes were bad, so bring bug spray. We mentioned a few minor things to the host, and they were very responsive. We actually enjoyed our stay enough to add an extra night. Overall, a great place for a family getaway on the Guadalupe!”

“We had a blast staying at this condo! The communication was great and the location was perfect. You can walk down to the river for a dip, or walk to Gruene Hall. The pool is accessible and clean, and we got to watch the fireworks off the balcony for the 4th of July. Famous icecream shop within a few steps. We would stay here again.”

“Host was very nice and responsive. House needs a good update. Outdoor patio equipment was just old looking and makes the outside look dirty. We really wanted to use the playground area but it just isn’t kept up with. Over all we had a good time.”
