“We were stranded from home with the flooding in Boerne. Derek allowed us to check in early, stay as long as we needed if we were not able to get back home safely. He was so accommodating to our situation. We were so grateful! We were so stressed about everything, but ended up having the best time ever. We hung out in the hot tub, played corn hole, did some tire swinging, and played pool all day and evening. So many fun activities took our minds off not being able to go home. Grateful!”
