“The walking / biking trails are close and very well maintained. House is great. Front and back porches are nice. Layout worked well for our family of 4. Note: we didn’t use the half bath. The toilet is strangely located super close to the water heater. If you are thinking you need 2.5 baths for a larger group, this half bath may not be ideal.”
