“Very proactive, friendly and responsive to questions, and when we could not get in the unit due to incorrect directions to work the lock. A few small issues that can be fixed easily will make this place very nice for future guests. It just let us down to have several things go poorly since we were expecting better. Maybe we had worse luck than others. Really liked the nice aroma machine, the smell was so pleasant. Location was good- close to busy town things to do, but felt like the outer edge so more peaceful. The pool and hot tub seemed very nice and clean.”

“Handful of things occurred during the trip, and Derek always worked quickly to resolve. That said, unusual the quantity of things that needed intervention. The best hosts are the ones that you never need. The condominium grounds were nice, good location, shaded parking. Unit itself wasn’t bad, but there are better ones for same price. No bugs to be found which was welcomed!!”
