We loved this stay here in Austin. Home was beautiful and so airy and open with all the natural light. Beautiful kitchen so cooking breakfast was fun in the morning with the nice view. Property was private and very off the grid which was nice for a change. It’s about 45 minutes to downtown Austin so just keep that in mind. But overall was a great place.

with over 25 Airbnb stays in last 10 years, this was the single most unprofessional experience I have ever had. For a premium listing charging over $600/night, the property failed to meet basic standards of hygiene and maintenance. The patio furniture was dirty upon arrival, and the bedroom linens were unwashed and heavily smelled of sweat, rendering one bedroom completely unusable. Two out of 3 showers were non-functional due to broken diverter valves. This left our group of four adults, a child, and a baby sharing a single working bathroom. The wander team was defensive and made patently false statements regarding these clearly documented issues despite me sharing photos via the Airbnb app We paid premium rates for a family trip and received broken infrastructure, poor cleanliness, and zero accountability.

This was one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve experienced, and I strongly urge others to avoid this property. Upon arrival, there was an unknown vehicle parked there, and the property manager couldn’t identify who it belonged to. That alone was concerning, but it was worse due to the lack of proper blinds or window coverings, leaving us feeling completely exposed and unsafe. Traveling with family, this was unacceptable. We were also told the owner could access the property at any time, which completely undermined any sense of privacy or security. Additionally, there were other units at the same address that were not disclosed beforehand, adding to the confusion about who might be nearby. Cleanliness was another issue—there were bugs, stained towels, and hair in the showers. Overall, the lack of transparency, safety concerns, and poor cleanliness made this a deeply disappointing stay. I would not return or recommend it.

The property was perfect. The frustration was with Wander. Instructions were not user friendly. First an email to give instructions, then download app??? Then find your trip on the app. Our trip was not there, so we had to text Wander. Then the instructions to get into or lock the property was not clear. The property itself was beautiful and very peaceful. I have only one suggestion. The ceiling fans had no control for the speed and some were on high. But the stay was still great!!! I recommend the property. I think Wander needs to make checking in more user friendly. This was not my first time using Airbnb but the most frustrating. Tonya

Beautiful property and home. The balcony overlooking all the greenery, seeing the stars at night and the sunrise in the morning was incredible. The home was comfortable, peaceful, and clean. The 24/7 concierge was super helpful as well, they accommodated everything we asked for, we already talked about booking again.
