“Lots of space, well decorated, and team was super responsive. The multiple sleeping spaces with kitchens allow for group settings and privacy. Well decorated. Pool and den are good hangout spaces for family/ team.”

“Our group loved staying at this beautiful property and highly recommend it to others. Lots of space for multiple families and an amazing central pool house with a beautiful large pool that was able to accommodate a large group with multiple families and children. Each space was beautiful in its own way and able to accommodate different families or groups staying together. The property was gorgeous, private and the host did a very good job of trying to accommodate all of our needs. We loved staying here and would definitely go back to stay again in the future.”

“It could have been much cleaner. There was a lot of dust spider webs in the pool house. In addition it’s of the dishes in the pool house were greasy and needed to be cleaned before use. The Pedernales house was also pretty dirty with multiple things broken like the kitchen cabinets. The sliding door at the Bluffs wouldn’t lock, and there was a very stale smell in the Oaks. My main qualms with this property were cleanliness. It was a great space for our entire family to be together. Loved the common areas and although the pool could have done with a good scrub, someone did come during our stay to shock it. Overall had a great time, would have just expected a higher level of cleanliness for the price paid.”

“We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly what we were looking for and was perfect for hosting our large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas to spend time together. The home was clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our weekend getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable home for a large group!”
