“Loved the beach house. Decorated nicely. So comfortable I felt like I was home. I had a couple questions and Derek was so responsive and helpful”

“We had such a great stay at Derek’s house. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and was perfect for our family. Derek was honestly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He was very attentive and incredibly quick to respond whenever we had a question — usually within seconds. He made everything so easy and was very accommodating throughout our stay. We had originally planned for a late checkout, but our plans changed and we ended up staying an extra night. Derek was very flexible and made the whole process easy for us. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how helpful and welcoming Derek was. We’d definitely stay here again!”
