Best of the West Galveston reviews in Texas

“This stay was pretty great! The view from the room is one of the best you’ll find, and the on-site amenities set The San Luis apart from just about anywhere else in Galveston. It’s also a short drive to plenty of great food options and other things to do. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. The pool is heated, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the beach is right across from the property. It’s a pretty short walk to the beach compared to many other places in Galveston. Overall, a great place to stay..”

“The place was beautiful! Right next to the pool. He sent all accomadations and so very attentive. Next time we are in Galveston, we will definitely be staying here!”

“My family of 6 and our little Yorkie really enjoyed this home! Very spacious, clean, and the kitchen was fully functional! Thank you for the coffee! It was also great to have 3 full bathrooms! My kids loved the lazy river and the Jacuzzi, my husband found good fishing spots and there is a supermarket with fresh fruits and veggies 15 minutes away. We even found a pet and kid friendly bar and restaurant on the beach (tipsy turtle). It was awesome to be able to see both sun rise and sunset from the balconies (it has one on each side of the house). We found the elevator very useful, the beach cart to bring up the groceries and my kids really enjoyed the pool noodles (in the storage by the parking spot)! We hope to be back!”

“Great location right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. James was a great host as well.”

“James was an amazing host! We appreciate all him.”
