“Very nice cabin, especially for a big family! The driveway is steep but its perfectly fine for any car to get up. Plenty of room, Quiet area and not far from town. The wifi is not extremely strong but that wasnt a issue for us but If you are someone who works from home and would require stronger wifi it may not be ideal.”

“The house was lovely, we had a great time in the river and the hot tub. Great location that felt secluded enough but close to the fun too, beautiful house/property! There were more than enough places to sleep, the only issue is there wasnt any bedding on site for the pull out couches. I contacted on airbnb and received an automated message during business hours. I got in contact via phone and they promptly sent someone over with a bag of bedding/towels. We didnt check the bag immediately until were winding down for bed after business hours, we found only fitted and top sheets. We were able to give a friend who arrived later a heads up that we were in need of bedding so she brought a couple blankets and we donated some pillows from the beds. It was important that my friends who paid for my bday trip felt comfortable w/proper bedding after traveling far to celebrate w/me. Its unfortunate it wasnt fully resolved after I messaged for help. We enjoyed our time and understand things happen!”

“The location was great. Being right on the river is the biggest upside to this property. Driving to both Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg is very easy to do from this location. It was clean and all the amenenties to accompany the sounds and views were everything that we expected and wanted.”
