“The cabin itself is nice and clean and in a good location away from local traffic. The owner was responsive to my many messages that were sent throughout the stay due to issues that we experienced. The breaker on the house tripped twice while trying to blow dry my child’s hair and then the key pad on the pool room quit working on night one leaving us without access to the one amenity that we had hoped to enjoy throughout the remainder of the stay. Once this issue was communicated with the host, they had mentioned sending out a maintenance worker but was later informed that the worker was unavailable for the remainder of the day. They gave me access to a lock box with keys for the house which had keys for every door aside from the exterior/interior pool entry doors. We ended up leaving about an hour prior to check out to get home and they ended up having to ship our bathing suits/lifejackets that were locked in the pool room back to us with only a $100 discount on the stay.”

“The house was nice and clean. Check in was easy . Finding the place was pretty easy, although the house could use more easily seen house numbers. The location was a little out the way, which we enjoyed given the traffic and congestion in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall nice stay.”
