“Overall, the Airbnb met some of our expectations, but there were a few things that could have been better. Our biggest issue was that the listing advertised 8 beds, but there were only 5. We let the host know, and they provided air mattresses as a quick fix, which we appreciated, but the sleeping arrangements should have been accurately advertised from the start. The place was a bit dusty, though nothing too terrible, and the downstairs bathroom had drainage issues. This wasn’t a huge concern for our group of 8 since we had two other bathrooms upstairs. However, this is a maintenance issue that should be resolved. The location was relatively convenient, about 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do, although several locals warned us to be cautious in the neighborhood and stay aware of our surroundings. Overall, it worked for our stay, but there’s room for improvement.”

“This place had a really nice layout and plenty of space for our needs. Bathrooms were clean. However, if you’re planning to use the space as more than a hotel (cooking/kitchen, etc), there seemed to be some basic items missing that you would typically expect. Ex: A Keurig, but no coffee pods. But there was a drip coffee machine available. Another example, no dish soap. If your purpose is to use it as a place to rest your head at night, it’s definitely a great option. But anything more, you might need to bring your own supplies. The biggest issue during our stay, which we contacted management about a few times, was that we could not exit the gated community due to a faulty/inoperable exit button at the pedestrian gate. Though they were responsive and said they were working on it, it was never resolved during our stay. Other guests in the community had the same issue. So if you plan to walk around, know that you will not be able to exit without the help of others outside the gate.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The location was in a good spot for the activities we had planned. The beds were comfortable, everything worked as it should. Our only downside was the cleanliness of the place. There was quite a bit of pet hair along the baseboards and built up in the washing machine, what looked like someone had eaten doritos and used their hand to open the bathroom door and it was never cleaned. The hosts were very responsive and helpful as needed.”

“Stayed at Teryn and Darbi's place for five nights in early October while visiting Nashville for concerts with my father. The property is cool and exactly as pictured, and the bed linen and kitchen were clean. However, the house was very dusty and could do with a deep clean, and the shower was grubby with the caulk coming away in places. The location is great for downtown, with Broadway and Bridgestone Arena within a 15-minute walk. What the listing doesn't make clear is that the surrounding neighborhood is a bit rough. Our Uber drivers described it as a "fringe" area, and we saw some shady characters (homeless/mental health problems) loitering near the property when walking back at night. I don't think I'd feel safe walking the area at night as a woman. Overall, good value for money and reasonably well located, but I would check you are comfortable with the area before renting.”

“Place was in a great location and Hosts were awesome and responsive. But the neighbors upstairs and next door were very loud all night so you might not have the best neighbors. Also shower randomly went to freezing cold back to hot every 30-45 sec”
