“This rental is exactly as described and is a great unit. The unit is as described and matches the photos. It has plenty of space and is conveniently located to downtown Memphis. My only drawback is that the last night of the stay we heard gunshots very near the master bedroom side of the unit. This is not the hosts fault, so I’m trying not to punish them for that; but it is a factor to consider. I would probably still give it a 5 if the entry gate to the private drive was operable and closed providing the extra security. It was not working upon arrival and was not operable during our entire stay. Again, this is not the owners fault but the HOA’s fault. With that said, I’m giving it a 4 star review with the caveat that the owner was great to deal with and none of the issues encountered were any fault of theirs. The place is a very nice unit. I hope the issues we experienced are resolved by the HOA and by random people with guns not being idiots. One can only hope on the latter.”
