“Home was clean, and was exactly like the photos. The marina is about a 5 minute walk. They have good food, and boat rentals. The home has plenty of things to keep you entertained. Entertainment includes checkers, pool, and some other board games. Would 100% recommend to anyone who’s thinking about staying down at Norris lake.”

“We had a nice stay here. There were a few small issues that were kind of annoying but overall the stay was positive. There were multiple bathrooms that didn’t have working outlets, the ceiling fan in the living room didn’t work and it was hot in that particular room, the grill wouldn’t light and there was no lighter- we had to go ask a neighbor.. lastly which I’d say was the biggest issue was the bunk beds in the bunk room seemed to be extremely old and were VERY loud and squeaky. If you even rolled over, the entire bed would shake and make noise. This is a small investment I believe could be made to make a big difference. We loved the Deerfield resort and location. The marina is 5 minutes and the tiki hut was great. The view of the golf course was pretty. Apparently there was a pool somewhere but we were never made aware of that. The upstairs bedroom was nice but it gets very bright very early! It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and the overall space was nice.”
