“We loved our stay at Pirate Cove! The property is gorgeous right on the beautiful Cherokee Lake. We saw deer & bald eagles in the morning.; hummingbirds out the window all day; a breathtaking sunset every evening. We had three adults (plus two friends who lived nearby) and two kiddos -- plenty of room for everyone to eat, spend time together & apart, enjoy the lake. We took the Pirate Cove kayaks out (and used the plentiful, various sized lifejackets) to the nearby islands where we watched a bald eagle perched on a tree -- a completely magical adventure! We loved the back deck where we could sit outside. The beds are cozy. The bathrooms had everything we needed plus seemed extra fancy for our kids. The kitchen had everything (everything!) we needed to make dinner, breakfast and lots of snacks. Hosts are responsive, kind & helpful! We loved our visit and would totally return!”
