“We had a small hiccup at the beginning because the cleaning crew was still there well past our check in time, but once we got to get inside and settle it was wonderful. The house is beautiful and clean. The location is perfect to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and we even saw a bear walking around on a few mornings. The kids absolutely loved their space upstairs.”

“Great stay at the Copper Bird! The house itself is a charming little home in quiet neighborhood, however it is only a short drive to the action of downtown Gatlinburg and Rocky Mountain National Park. We also discovered that there is a free Gatlinburg trolley system with a neighborhood stop that was a short walk from the house if we didn’t feel like driving (or paying for parking). Inside the house, everything was perfect. The sleeping accommodations were exactly what we needed for our family of 5. Our two girls loved staying in the bunk beds and utilizing the game room and our teenage son was thrilled to have his own bedroom and bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable, everything was exceptionally clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few simple meals as well. April and Chase truly thought of everything to make this a very comfortable and relaxing stay. If we are ever back in the Gatlinburg area, we will 100% plan to stay at the Copper Bird!”
