“As a Nurse that travels for work, this location was between the 2 hospitals, and one was only a short walk away. The downtown area was fantastic in Sioux Falls. The walk was only a few blocks. It was a good stay and a great location in the city.”

“I hate to leave bad reviews. But there are a few things you should be aware of when considering this property. It has a powerful smell like 20 years of sweat and mildew. Walking on the carpets will turn your feet black. The air-conditioning is loud enough that you cannot use speakerphone and be heard. If you don’t mind cheap old motel rooms, it is a similar feeling. If the price is similar, you get more space and a kitchen for the money. The management is not perfect; there are delays and issues like missing keys. It is adequate.”
