“We took a family trip to South Dakota and we were so glad we decided to stay at Jackie’s place in Lead. The house is beautiful. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. It is walkable to the community center for swimming. Neighborhood felt safe. The grandkids had so much fun playing air hockey, ping pong, arcade games, and shuffleboard. The outdoor decks were literally an extension of the home with the furniture, fire pit tables, and dining table. The outdoor scenery is beautiful. It was nice to be able to use the garage to store all of our mountain bikes. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very responsive to calls/emails. There is so much to do and enjoy in the area that we ran out of days to do everything that was on our list. We highly recommend staying at Jackie’s “Ace in the Hills.””

“We stayed here for Bike Week this year, and while the pictures were amazing, the house in person far exceeded the photos! The layout was fantastic, and everything was unbelievably clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The amenities were incredible—even down to the complimentary BBQ sauce and spices, which was such a nice touch. The guys especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after long days of riding. The only thing we couldn’t find was a strainer for our pasta…LOL! But honestly, that was the only thing we could think of! The location was perfect, and we even got to enjoy the beautiful baby deer playing in the backyard, which was an unexpected bonus. 🦌 Our host was wonderful and responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would absolutely recommend this rental and would give it a 5-star rating without hesitation! We would definitely stay here again!”
