“Kyle was an excellent host. Responsive before booking and throughout. Condo was exactly as listed, clean and well attended. Perfect location within the building and the area. Perfect size for my sister and I. Each had our own bedroom and baths. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen well stock. Our favorite place was the five star balcony. Would definitely return.”

“The house was super clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space for our large group. We enjoyed the porch area and the large bedrooms. Very close to a lot of great restaurants and night life. It was perfect for our men’s golf trip with the close access to some great courses!”

“The unit was clean and a great location. We found shark teeth and even several conch shells. The only down size, we like to cook and only 4 forks and needs spatulas. Very small to how nice everything else is. Kyle is very attentive to his renters.”
