“I have extreme allergies & the house, smelled very musty and moldy we first entered it. It kind of lingered. You could tell the air is turned off most of the time except for when it’s rented out and most of the door handles were broken and they had a beautiful patio which the fan did not work.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Kiawah Island. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with plenty of appliances and amenities for our stay. The team was responsive and communicative whenever I reached out, although I did feel that I had to make an effort to ask questions in order to get the information I needed. More detailed information upfront about how to access the island, navigate the property, and use the available amenities would have made the experience much smoother. There were also a few things inside the home that needed repair or attention. I would encourage the team to regularly check the home between guests to make sure everything is in good working order. Overall, we really enjoyed the beautiful location and the home itself. With a little more proactive communication and attention to maintenance, this could be an excellent guest experience.”

“Great stay on Kiawah with family! We are a group of 8 adults and fit comfortably in the house. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the golfers and the 1 minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommend renting bikes! Check out the Ryder Cup Bar and The Sanctuary (both very close by) for great views and a drink.”
