“The location was great! The beach was only a few steps away from the building. We were able to walk to the nearby restaurants and it was only a short drive to the outlet and other attractions. The beds were comfortable. I would suggest that the cleaning crew pay closer attention to small details. Steven was very responsive and helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would return.”

“The place offered convenience, safety, and serenity as compared to the other commercial districts in the MB areas. Family-friendly apartment complex with elevators and spacious parking. Beach is about few mins walk. Host was friendly, professional, and responsive. Great value for money.”

“When we arrived the floors were so dirty our feet were blk AC was set to 76 we bumped the temp down and assumed it would take awhile to cool down. Over night the temp rose to 78 and by the next day it was 82 degrees inside. Reached out to owner and they did send a HVAC technician out to “fix” the problem. The technician stated it had duct work issues and a drain that was clogged. One of the guests occupying us is a HVAC technician and looked at it with the guy and it was in bad shape like it hasn’t been serviced in awhile. That was very disappointing to hear that the maintenance is not being kept up on these units like they should. When the temp outside is 92 degrees and forecast says it feels like 104 there’s huge problem with the AC not working. The unit started to cool down some but not all the way. The owner then wanted to send another tech out the next day to which I denied because we wanted to enjoy our last day and this isn’t our problem. They stopped responding to me completely”
