“The condo was spacious and in a super convenient location. It was an easy walk to the local shops, restaurants and just a short walk to the beach, which we really enjoyed. The pool and grounds were nice and well maintained, and all of the appliances in the condo worked well. The communication with the host was good and check in and out was easy with clear instructions. The kitchen could use some updated pots and pans, and the condo itself is a little outdated and could use some TLC. The biggest issue for us was the very strong musty/moldy smell. We tried several things throughout the week to improve the smell, but unfortunately it never really went away. Overall, the location and amenities were great, and the issues with the condo did not ruin our trip. However, based on the condition and especially the smell, we would not choose to rent this particular unit again.”

“Great location and close to everything. But, the condo really needs a deep clean and updates. There were stains on the sheets and pillowcases, and a lot of dust and dirt throughout the unit. The kitchen exists but isn’t well‑stocked with usable items, and overall the condo needs several updates. One thing I wish I had known beforehand is that the check‑in and check‑out process is not like a typical Airbnb. This listing is managed through another company that just uses Airbnb to get guests. You have to physically go to the Seashore Vacations facility to pick up an envelope with your keys and materials, then drive to the condo. For check‑out, you have to go back to the facility again to drop everything off. This system is really inconvenient, especially when you have excited kids ready to get to the beach or tired kids and parents trying to head home. It added unnecessary hassle to the trip. Overall, this condo is just okay, if you're looking for great, I'd go elsewhere.”

“Not happy!!! I contacted the management multiple times to report various issues with the house. None of these problems were addressed or resolved. I was told someone would deliver a stopper to block the bathtub drain; no one ever arrived with it. My infant daughter had to take a cold bath. Additionally, my daughter was unable to sleep properly throughout the stay due to the air conditioning being insufficiently cooling the room. She has asthma, and the hot environment significantly worsened her condition, posing a serious health risk. It felt like no one genuinely cared about these concerns. The WiFi connection was unreliable and never functioned properly during our entire stay. The mosquitoes at the pool area were overwhelming, making it impossible for us to enjoy any of the pool facilities. To make matters worse, we discovered bloodstains in the bed sheets. The bedding appeared to be unwashed, forcing us to purchase laundry detergent to clean the sheets ourselves before use.”
