“You can easily walk to great restaurants and attractions, super quiet street. Really nice mattress in the master, along with dark curtains, slept like a baby!”

“The Place: Clean, spacious, well appointed. Nice to have bathrooms with each bedroom -- and one bedroom with two beds and two bathrooms. The layout is unusual. On the first floor: three bedrooms and a small kitchenette which is adjacent to the outdoor seating area. Second floor: another bedroom, a spacious living room, and the eat-in kitchen. Parking: There are two designated spots that are in the back of the property, a big plus. The Location. Walkable to much of you'll want to do and see in Charleston -- especially if you like to walk. Lots of construction in the area and a major development being build across the street. The lot next to the property has been cleared and I imagine that there will be something put up there. Despite the construction, the house was remarkably quiet. The Host: Very communicative and clear. Be sure to note: Check in isn't until 4:00 p.m. Early check in (2:00 p.m.) costs an additional $200.”
