“We had a wonderful stay! The property was comfortable, clean, and in a great location close to the beach. We loved being able to enjoy morning sunrises, evening walks, and the private pool, which was such a nice bonus for relaxing and spending time together. The host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. The welcome package with snacks for the kids, a coloring book with crayons, and a bottle of wine was such a lovely touch. Before our arrival, I had a few questions and Declan responded immediately, letting me know she was on call and would call me right back. She did, answered everything patiently, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. You can truly tell the hosts care about their guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back in future.”

“When we arrived we notified Declan how dirty the rental was he offered pest control and reclean but we had all our belongings in the house and my mom medical condition we did not feel safe having pest control coming to spray i will never stay here again it was terrible Stairs were dusty there was lint and dust strings everywhere drawers had trash of food in them bugs were on floor roaches were coming out of the trash can dryer does not dry clothes overall experience at this place was terrible”

“Casa del sol was so nice. A beautiful, well maintained home through and through. Easy walking distance to the beach. We had one hiccup with the grill being broken but Declan didn’t even hesitate to have a brand new grill brought within the hour! Talk about amazing communication and follow through. Bookish girls, there’s a whole deck for you to escape from your family and read and a dresser loaded with all types of genres and the cutest little book shop within walking distance! What a dream! I would definitely recommend staying here just please don’t take our week because we will certainly be back.”

“Cockroaches in the house. We can start there. Disgusting. Spoke to Declan and Co. and received AI responses before a real person stepped in. They said they would get back to me, that was 3 days ago. Great location…. Ill equipped… 7 day stay, no hand soap, 3 trash bags, no washing detergent or dryer sheets. Pool area needs a HUGE overhaul. Completely overgrown, nothing like the pictures they advertise portrayed. Just an unpleasant stay, I would not recommend this to anyone. After everything that happened and them being notified, we received an AI message thanking us for our stay and asking for a 5 star review. If everything was the way it should have been, you wouldn’t have to ask. Now…. We can queue the AI response to this message. Folks, stay away until they can get it all together.”
