“We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home was well-equipped with everything our family of five needed, and we really enjoyed the space; just note that some amenities come with an additional fee.”

“We had an overall good experience renting this home. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few areas that could use more attention when it comes to housekeeping. The bedroom sheets did not appear to be clean when we arrived, and the grill also needed a more thorough cleaning before use. With a little more attention to cleanliness and preparation between guests, this could be a much better experience. Overall, we enjoyed the home, but improved housekeeping would definitely make a difference.”

“This was a beautiful, quiet, peaceful vacation home. The neighborhood was lively and walkable with our dogs, and we enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and grill. Everything we needed was provided, and we would love to visit again!”

“Lovely house in picturesque surroundings. The firepit and back-yard deck were great places to hang-out and relax. Just a couple of negatives that made our stay less than ideal: - the hot-tub had not been cleaned / new water refreshed ahead of our stay. When we lifted off the covers, there was an overpowing smell, which was even more pungent when the jets were turned on; - the arcade machine was broken, which was paritcularly disaapointing for the kids, as that was what had sold them on the house; - while it's part of the post-booking arrangements, I felt that it should have been made clearer up front that there is a $20 / person / day charge for use of the community facilities, including access to the public lake. When you have 10 people staying, across 4 days, that adds up to a significant amount.”

“We met our son and his family for a long weekend and loved the arrangement where the family was able to sleep on the ground floor and we were up on the second floor. The common areas were large enough for the youngsters, (ages 1 -5 ) to run around and be safe. Also great location since we were a close walk to the beach but not situated on the lake front, which was ideal given the age of the kids.”
