“Home was very run down and needs a lot of upgrades. A lot of damages and broken things noted upon arrival. There was no AC in the downstairs bedrooms, and AC in the common areas of the basement ended up breaking and leaking. There were also no toiletries other than one small roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. I don’t believe it was worth the price point. That being said, the host was wonderful and accommodating, and was very responsive! They were kind and gave us a lot of wonderful recommendations around the area.”

“We were a group of 18 people and this was a perfect place for our July 4th weekend get-together. The location was perfect, very near to Lake Harmony. The vacation rental had all that was needed and enough accommodation for us all. The hosts were very responsive and attended to all our questions in a very timely manner. We just had couple of issues. The bedrooms on the mainfloor and basement didn’t had individual AC units as informed. There was a split AC in the living area on these floors and ceiling fans in each room but the 4 bedrooms on these 2 Floors didn’t had the individual AC units. The second floor bedrooms had their own AC units. Another issue was that the beach passes were from previous years and not renewed. However the folks on the beach allowed us in when we showed our Airbnb reservation. Apart from these 2 issues, everything was just perfect!”
