“This house is in a beautiful location. The creek and the outdoor amenities are amazing features to the property. The house was clean and comfortable with AC throughout the house. However there was a musty smell to the home. The full bath could use some updates as the laminate flooring was coming up in some spots.”

“My family and I spent a few days unwinding here at Frog Hollow — and I wish we had more time! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings and the boys loved the kayaks and rope swing! My 16-year old spend all day fishing and caught a ton of fish!”

“This house has significant deferred maintenance. Doors that do not close and latch properly and very worn and patched flooring. Also the stairstep railings are far from code compliant. Especially for a property advertised to be family friendly.”

“This house near the river is a nice peaceful getaway with a beautiful view of the water. There is a great swing to enjoy that takes you over the banks of the river and back, as well as kayaks. We had a nice time staying in this part of Pennsylvania visiting some of the beautiful bucolic sites in the area and enjoying our time at the house. Landon was helpful and responsive.”
