“This house is so beautiful and the main space is awe inspiring! Being right on the lake and the kayaks were so relaxing and beautiful. The firepit was so nice in the evenings, and we saw shooting stars at night. The kitchen is SOOO great, however its not fully outfitted for the number of guests. There was only one frying pan!? and couple of smaller pots, which made making a meal impossible. There are no sheet pans and only one glass baking pan. The dishes and silverware are nice but there aren't enough for a large group without washing by hand as you go. Also some durable cups would be good for outside/kids as the glassware feels delicate. There are also no storage containers for leftover food. Thankfully we had a friend coming from nearby who brought half of her kitchen ;) It would be worth investing to outfit the kitchen to live up to it's potential because it's dreamy! And handsoap for the bathrooms and beach towels for the lake. But regardless we loved it & would rent it again!”

“The place was great. The AC was perfect for a hot July stay and backyard was lovely to hang out in. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our group to cook and hangout and play board games. It is the mountains so there are all kinds of spiders, FYI - so bring your bug spray! Overall we had a lovely stay!”

Everything was well organized, and it felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The host was responsive and helpful, which made our stay even better. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this home to others.”

“Eugene’s property was exactly as described! The house accommodated our group perfectly and the open layout was great for our group of 12. There is plenty to do at the house and the kitchen and dining area offers great space for hosting - you truly don’t need to leave! The check-in process is slightly complicated but Eugene was extremely responsive and helpful and made our trip a breeze!”

“We had a great stay at this home! It was very spacious, with 6 bedrooms, plenty of beds, and most importantly enough space for 12 people to comfortably spread out. We really appreciated the large kitchen where multiple people could cook at once, and especially the double dining room table with enough seats for everyone. The lake, hot tub, and game room downstairs were great bonuses as well! Some of the furnishings/textiles felt a little sparse (could use new towels, throw pillows and blankets, better boating equipment) but those items can be easily updated. Overall we truly had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend this home to others.”
